This is cool.. I love SnagIt from TechSmith. And I love WordPress as well. TechSmith has an output plugin for SnagIt that directly posts to WordPress. Saves you a lot of hassle. You can align the image, some basic formatting and you can also choose to post as a draft, not publishing it directly.
